Our Story
Ray Mize Construction was founded in 1973 by Ray Mize Sr. He had his first home-building accomplishment around the age of 15 when he helped his father build their family's new home. In his early twenties after working in many fields he was drawn to the idea of having his own home-building company. After taking on some projects he began to acquire the skill set needed to go full-time. Throughout the years he grew his company around Mobile and neighboring counties building everything from starter homes to luxury, as well as subdivision development. As of late 2019, his son has joined the team and is working alongside him on most projects.
